DPMS support and training sessions can be delivered in a number of ways.

Organisations can contact Visia for support by email or telephone. Our telephone number is only made available to current users of the DPMS software although we do ask for any support issues to be initially conducted by email so we have a record of the issue. We always aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

DPMS has been designed to inform us of any problems with the software, so we will always be sent an email by the software in the event of an unexpected event taking place. This enables us to quickly identify and correct any issues.

Training can be delivered either on site or remotely using web based training Remote web based training is proving to be more and more popular these days as they require less advanced planning and can be divided up into shorter sessions as there are no travel costs involved.

A manual is available for DPMS that is regularly updated to reflect the latest changes to the software. It is in PDF format and includes many images to help ease the learning process.
